Traffic control center broadcast integration

Provide the broadcasting system for the various stations, trains, machine rooms, ventilation shafts, and substations of the traffic control centers of high-speed rail, Taiwan Railway, MRT, and light rail.

The broadcast function includes station single selection, multiple selection, oral broadcast, recorded broadcast, scheduled broadcast, group broadcast, emergency broadcast, general broadcast, background music and other functions.

It can also record and record the operator and voice content, and has multi-seat synchronization function.

With the function of authority management, it can provide multiple route operators at the same time, and broadcast functions for different stations or different sections and trains of the same station.

 

 

Station PA System

In addition, the station broadcasting system includes fire broadcasting function, warning sound of train entering the station, sound of train leaving the station, station wireless broadcasting, etc.

The station has an alarm interface for broadcasting equipment, allowing operators to check the status of the equipment and send it back to the operation control center.

 

 

Train PIDS system

The train passenger information service system includes functions such as display, broadcast, emergency intercom, and compartment video.

The display part includes LCD and LED display methods, and various displays on the train front, inside the compartment, outside the compartment, and the driver's cab.

It can display driving status, next station name, driving speed, door opening and closing status, publicity information, emergency evacuation, transfer information, etc.

The broadcast function includes driving status, arrival reminder, publicity broadcast, conversion broadcast, vehicle clearing broadcast, emergency evacuation, tracing and emergency broadcast, etc.

The emergency intercom function includes emergency intercom between passengers and the driver. The driver can choose to talk to the whole vehicle or to a single compartment.

The car video can be linked with the emergency intercom, automatically turn to the intercom position to record, and the driver can choose any video screen to monitor in the cab.

All functions can be integrated back into the controller in the cab for unified operation, and can be automatically broadcast through GPS or ZIGBEE technology.

The traffic control center can also issue emergency information to the vehicle through the traffic radio.

 

Train Temperature Measurement System

The train temperature measurement system includes the measurement and recording of the temperature of the axle and brake disc, and the warning value can be set arbitrarily.

Under the train speed of 80KM/H, the temperature of each wheel of the whole train can be measured in real time, recorded and sent back to the dispatch center.

The recorded information includes train number, axle temperature of each wheel, brake disc temperature, time, alarm value, etc.

Station equipment includes temperature detectors, temperature locators, temperature loggers, RFID readers, train tags, and trackside equipment all meet IP65 specifications.

The train dispatching center can remotely capture the train temperature data at each station, and analyze and count the early warning of vehicle failure through AI software.
